today, i had a smoke inthe early morning...!
oh, it was fairly tasty too

the nice early morning, cool and breezy. dont think i usually blog in a time like this.
and there was quite alot of avtivity at the water
i hear the youthful cheers of the dragon boaters, and i envied a little
hmm ohwell. the eternal quest fpr youth (￣^￣)ゞ
for now, i shall head to the hospital again（；＿；）
second time in the week.
the doc zao-ed the prev time cos i was 15min late..!
how could he!

i shall be going.
