anyway, before i blog abt my life as per normal as it is now, have a few interesting things to share.
was trying to catch up on jpop again, and just like certain things suchas fashion and technology, the music industry is ever on the run, and constant chasing is required to update oneself.
haha, whatever for now.
anyway i went to get my usual recommendations from the same people who are so industry forward as always. thanks for being dedicated!
so firstly i came across Elisa with her lovely mv, Special one
okay, its not exactly lovely, maybe its more of bubblegum cute. Elisa's newest song is not bad, and interestingly her biography got me abit o.o chosen as a top model out of 3000+ contestants, but then went on to sign on with a music company and become a singer.
model -> singer? but she can sing, so im fine.
the video obviously sells her cuteness, which i am fine with, haha. tho there really isint anything special. cutting edge xfactor.
haha, well usually in the Japanese industry we'd find seiyuus [voice actresses] converting over to the music industry, its just the fad.
legendary seiyuus like Aya hirano, Nana Mizuki, Shoko Nakagawa all made quite big hits on the Japanese oricon charts with their songs. in fact, i've introduced their songs more than once.
and so speaking of seiyuus, here i find myself stumbling upon something even more selling. whats better than a famous seiyuu selling songs?

And so, Sphere i came across; a group with 4 seiyuus, each having good portfolios of animes they covered, like K-ON, Gundam 00.. whatnot.

even seiyuus nowadays are more about looks than voice, aint it? haha~ they're looking.. quite presentable ^^
well, that rounds up my short little fleeting thought on,"Who could be an idol?" perhaps, it could be someone with just good looks, with a good voice, with good dancemoves.
or perhaps simply anyone with a dream can do it now; the industry's soo vast!
