admittedly i myself have an internal clash of personalities.
being wishywashy means evaluating every possible situation. more than
often it means putting too much consideration and stalling decision
making.
being impulsive means giving into temptation and buying things without
consideration. decision making becomes way too easy. sometimes
uninformed decisions.
