serious rush

hi, im in a serious rush to get back to my shift.

but anyway before that, i have come upon a very nice discovery in my jpop travels.
im honestly very very excited to share this new group.

Sound Horizon, thats what they're called.
initially i just heard abit off youtube, and i went on wiki, which said they produce works differently in that they closely resemble suites.

quote of wiki
"In music, a suite is an ordered set of instrumental or orchestral pieces normally performed in a concert setting rather than as accompaniment; they may be extracts from an opera, ballet, or incidental music to a play or film, or they may be entirely original movements."

it sounded very interesting. considering i was finding different kind of music styles, and the type i was so searching for was one that could probably be more arty, more complexity, that usual pop.

sound horizon's 光と闇の童話 was the piece i was introduced to, and it blends in a very theatrical/play feel, storytelling, with neo-classical jrock/metal. and has very suited lyrics. not to mention they have different casts to sing different parts, like they invite seiyuus, use vocaloids etc.

yea, the piece i heard was quite jrock so if you dont happen to appreciate that kind, that's one minus.

feels like a theatre production rather than a song. with elements of fantasy such as magic and the stuff for this one.

enough said, onto the video. It is english subbed, so i find it watch worthy

i hope you enjoyed it, as much as i did.

ill be looking forward to more of their productions.
ooh, i soooo want to watch a play right now.
